Welcome to The Neal Egan Memorial Club

We are a club of Ford enthusiasts based in Sligo. The club was formed in memory of our dear friend Neal who passed so suddenly in July 2007. Neal shared our interest in Fords of all shapes, sizes and ages.

2008

We ran our first show in 2008 on Neal's 1st anniversary, over 60 cars turned up from all over the country. It was a Ford mans idea of heaven.

2009

Our second show included a 60km run through some of the most scenic areas of County Sligo. It was based at the Radisson BLU Hotel & Spa in Ballincar, Sligo on 31st May 2009. Approx 220 asstd. model Ford cars were there on display, making it the biggest display of Classic Ford cars in this part of the country. After the show the cars took to the road for their run and then back to the hotel for a good auld session!

The event went off without a hitch, a good time was had by all (based on website feedback)

2010

Our 2010 event will follow the format of our very successful last event. The event will again be held at the Radisson BLU Hotel & Spa in Ballincar, and will this time run on Sunday 1st August. We are hoping for an even bigger turnout this time to make it the biggest gathering of Fords the country has ever seen. So come along and enjoy what promises to be a fantastic day.
