Neal Egan - A True Gentleman

This Club was setup in memory of our great friend and colleague Neal Egan. Neal was born and raised in Drumcliffe, Co.Sligo and throughout his life had a fanatical interest in cars, and in particular loved Fords. Unfortunately Neal tragically passed away on the 8th of July 2007. Rest in Peace Neal, you brought so much to everyone you met in the short time we knew you.

Your Life was one of thoughtful deeds,

A helping hand to others' needs,

Sincere and true in heart and mind,

Wonderful memories you left behind.

"Neal didn't like making mistakes, he liked everything to be right. He wanted to be different, but he also wanted to be the same. He didn't like the lime light, he was more low profile. He was very intelligent, if you needed a spelling or the meaning of a word, he knew! He really loved cars and had a room full of magazines about them. He liked to drive a really good car but ironically he didn't want to be seen in it. He loved Classic Fords. He wouldn't travel 100 yards to a pub but he'd travel 100 miles to look at a car. That was Neal!"
